Return policy and steps:

• For a smoother return, keep the order-confirmation email and shipping package for re-use.
• You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of the Order Ship Date. Just reply to your order-confirmation email with your request. We will then email you a pre-paid return shipping label, and issue your refund for the item as soon as we receive the item(s).

Warranty

• In the case of functional damage to the product when used as intended, we will take care of necessary repairs for one year from the purchase date.
